Cooking Instructions

For optimal results, use a toaster oven or regular oven for all pastry products. Microwaving will make the crust soggy.

Quiche or Frittatas

10-15 minutes at 350 F for both large and small.

Meat and Vegetable Pies (large meat pies and veggie pies with top crust)

All pies are fully cooked, so a reheat is all that is required.

For optimal results, thaw overnight in the fridge.

Heat 25 minutes at 350 F for small.

Heat 45-60 minutes for large.

(using a probe thermometer internal temp. should be 160 F)

If heating from frozen, wrap with foil, heat 45 minutes at 300 F, then remove the foil and heat at 350 F for an additional 45 minutes.

 Small frozen meat pies are heated for 25 minutes at 300 degrees covered with foil and 25 more minutes at 350 with foil removed.

 Rotis

If thawed, reheat in oven for 15 minutes. If frozen, heat 20-25 minutes at 350.

 Frozen Fruit Pies

Thaw first and re crisp in oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 if serving at room temp.

 Warm a fresh pie 10-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Or leave oven at 200 degrees when eating your dinner and your pie will be ready when it’s time for the dessert!
